Orbiter was built to scale and from scratch using plywood, foam, posterboard and fiberglass. External tank is 2 rural postboxes, approved by the Postmaster General, with a cone on the opening end. Solid Rocket Boosters are PVC with oil fill funnels and dainty flower pots.
